About The Position

The Sales Representative is responsible for securing new business and strengthening relationships within assigned territory. This role serves as a technical consultant to customers, providing expert guidance on products, services, and solutions that meet their operational needs. The Sales Representative develops and grows the territory through proactive outreach, accurate estimating for product installation and repair services. Success in this role requires maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of the company’s offerings and delivering exceptional customer support throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of company products
  • Ability to analyze basic blueprints and use digital measuring devices
  • Skill in delivering responsive, high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems.
  • Advanced proficiency (knowledge) with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to generate internal and external stakeholder interest.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • No Experience Required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • Previous experience with sales or marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop lucrative client relationships and serve as a technical consultant to customers.
  • Develop and rapidly grow your exclusive sales territory through consistent communication, familiarity with local market conditions and competitor dynamics
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of company products and associated equipment.
  • Provide estimates for all regular work and repair(s).
  • Understand service contracts in broad terms
