About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with our project managers and installation teams to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for our customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the home improvement industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions and product recommendations
  • Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our services in the market
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
