About The Position

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and career-driven Sales Representative to support the Fort Lauderdale | Boca Raton location. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Fort Lauderdale / Oakland Park. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, learning the ins and outs of a small business, and wants to grow into a leadership position. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in representing the company professionally, thrives on building relationships, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to help the team succeed. Customer service, integrity, and reputation are our top priorities.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills — comfortable speaking to customers in person and on the phone
  • Punctual, dependable, and ready to work — this is not a remote position
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday (with hour for lunch)
  • Tech-savvy: proficient with computers, MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook), and mobile apps
  • Quick learner who accepts feedback well and is eager to improve
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a clean driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from work

Nice To Haves

  • Gutter experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support sales meetings by entering job proposals and specifications into the order management system (iPad-based)
  • Follow up with customers to schedule jobs, confirm details, and ensure a smooth experience
  • Order and procure materials for upcoming jobs, and track in-house and inbound inventory
  • Check in deliveries, verify pack-sheets against purchase orders, and cross-check invoices for pricing and quantity accuracy
  • Learn how to perform estimates and master The Brothers That Just Do Gutters sales process
  • Assist with lead generation by identifying new opportunities and helping fill downtime with grassroots marketing activities, such as placing door hangers and yard signs in approved neighborhoods
  • Develop sales and estimating skills to eventually manage client consultations and estimates independently
  • Keep customer production schedules up to date in the order management system
  • Maintain records of labor hours and job progress on longer-term projects
