About The Position

The Sales Representative has a crucial role in building relationships using Needs Satisfaction sales techniques with former and potential clients to drive revenue. The Sales Representative will have a heavy focus on building strong relationships of trust, delivering exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with all Purchase Green employees to successfully meet customer needs.

Requirements

Two years' sales experience required.
Strong customer service skills with positive, friendly, and upbeat attitudes
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Google Docs
Excellent oral and written communication with customers, employees, and contractors
Clean driving record
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for up to eight hours per day
Ability to crouch, bend, climb stairs/ladder and lift frequently for extended periods

Nice To Haves

Bilingual communication skills a plus (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

Have knowledge of products, pricing, sales, marketing, and customer trends.
Calculate square footage, linear footage, area, circumference, volume, percentages, and discouts.
Present, promote, educate, and sell products and services utilizing need-satisfaction relationships.
Utilize known outreach and communication efforts along with additional self-generating ideas and initiatives for purpose of gaining new customers and fostering retention of existing customers.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
Assist in auditing lead protocols.
Maintain a safe and clean office environment.
Regular onsite attendance during business hours according to the work schedule.
Other duties as assigned.
