About The Position

No sales or design experience is required. If you enjoy meeting new people, want to develop real skills, and are looking for a company that will train you from the ground up, this opportunity is for you. We provide paid training, pre scheduled appointments, and a clear path into a high earning sales role.
Requirements
- Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable talking with people
- Motivated to grow your income and skill set
- Excited to learn a simple sales and design process
- Available Monday through Saturday for homeowner appointments
- Live in or near the Novi area and able to travel North for appointments
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled in home appointments we provide
- Learn how to present simple, step by step Jacuzzi bath and shower solutions
- Help customers design spaces that match their vision and budget
- Use our proven ten step sales system designed for beginners to succeed
