About The Position

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to lead sales efforts in the Washington/Oregon/Idaho territory. This role is ideal for someone with experience selling municipal or industrial equipment who thrives in field-based work and enjoys building lasting client relationships. You'll represent the ODRA brand to municipalities, public works departments, contractors, and other end-users-guiding them through the equipment selection process, performing demonstrations, and closing deals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience (industrial or municipal equipment sales are an asset)
  • Proven success with outside sales, equipment demos, and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of public procurement or contractor purchasing processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in the field with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage with new and existing customers in your territory.
  • Conduct in-person sales visits, equipment walkarounds, and on-site demonstrations.
  • Work closely with dealers, municipalities, and contractors to identify needs and recommend ODRA solutions.
  • Provide competitive insights, pricing intelligence, and support on bids or tenders.
  • Guide clients through the purchasing process and coordinate deliveries.
  • Stay up to date on equipment specs, model changes, and industry developments.
  • Maintain an organized CRM and call schedule to manage follow-ups and customer engagement.
  • Provide post-sale support and coordinate service when required.
