Requirements

1+ years of automotive sales experience required
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Positive, energetic attitude with a customer-first mindset
Professional appearance and excellent work ethic
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle buying process
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Honda vehicles
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Stay up to date with product knowledge, inventory, and promotions
Follow up with leads, maintain CRM notes, and provide exceptional customer service
