About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth across Aggregates and Hot Mix Asphalt product lines Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform pricing and sales strategies Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to support business planning and performance tracking
