About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business for a commercial cleaning business. The ideal candidate is a natural net-worker who enjoys building relationships, meeting with business owners and facility managers, and creating customized cleaning solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (janitorial/cleaning, facility services, or related industry preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new commercial cleaning sales opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct on-site walk-throughs and needs assessments with potential clients
  • Create and present cleaning service proposals tailored to client requirements
  • Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM software
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and local business functions
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
