  • Five years of experience in sales, with a focus on account management.
  • Two years of leadership or training experience in a sales force setting.
  • Proficiency in managing a team of sales representatives.
  • Experience in data management and ERP system implementation.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and training sales teams.
  • Five years of B2B sales experience, preferably in aviation or manufacturing.
  • Experience with ERP and Salesforce platforms.
