About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to manage a team of five sales employees, close deals, and earn commissions on sales they close. The role involves developing and training sales staff, implementing a new Salesforce platform, and assisting with data integrity for the ERP system.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in sales, with a focus on account management.
• Two years of leadership or training experience in a sales force setting.
• Proficiency in managing a team of sales representatives.
• Experience in data management and ERP system implementation.
• Proficient in Salesforce and training sales teams.

Nice To Haves

• Five years of B2B sales experience, preferably in aviation or manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP and Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of five sales representatives.
• Close sales deals and earn commission on closed sales.
• Develop and train sales staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Implement a new Salesforce platform to streamline sales processes.
• Assist with maintaining data integrity for the ERP system.
• Set and manage daily, weekly, and monthly expectations for the team.
