As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and wellness centers within the San Diego assigned territory. You will play a critical role in educating practitioners on the power of microbiome science, driving product adoption, and exceeding sales goals while leveraging the strength and innovation of Novonesis to support your success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical industries).
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong hunter mentality – proactive in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to educate healthcare professionals on complex scientific concepts.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage a territory autonomously.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region (~50-70% travel).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and develop new healthcare professional (HCP) accounts.
  • Drive sales through in-person and virtual meetings, product presentations, and educational events.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to exceed territory revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and provide ongoing education and support.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on microbiome health solutions.
  • Master Microbiome Labs’ product portfolio and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and clinical discussions.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed.
  • Track and analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
