Sales Representative: Storm Restoration
About The Position
Our client is a rapidly growing storm restoration company that does more than just build — they advocate . They help homeowners and business owners navigate complex insurance claims and ensure they get fully funded for property repairs after storm damage. Their service delivers peace of mind and zero out-of-pocket costs for the property owner. As a Storm Restoration Sales Rep, your job is to: Engage with pre-qualified residential homeowners or commercial property owners (leads provided through inside sales + HailTrace software) Inspect storm-damaged properties and guide clients through the insurance claim process Help clients sign restoration agreements and oversee the next steps of their repair This opportunity includes both residential field sales and remote commercial inside sales roles. Residential reps meet homeowners in person, while commercial reps work remotely, engaging businesses directly.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation is required (for residential field reps)
- A computer and phone are needed (for commercial inside sales reps)
- Energetic, persuasive, and confident communicator
- Must be comfortable working with property owners (either in person or remotely)
Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
