More Than Just Great Dancing!® Sales Representative Job Description Role Overview Compensation: ~$61,000 total ($25,000 base + ~$36,000 commission) Hours: Part-time, 20 hours/week Location: Remote with travel Benefits: Flexible schedule, performance-based growth, mission-driven work, independent environment, professional travel The MTJGD™ Sales Representative drives new revenue by acquiring and converting dance studio owners and industry partners into MTJGD™ members and customers through outbound sales, relationship-building, and consultative selling. Experience in the dance industry, specifically sales, strongly preferred but not required. This role is best suited for an experienced B2B sales professional who is results-driven, confident communicating value, and motivated by long-term relationship building. Success requires consistent prospecting, full-cycle sales ownership, accurate forecasting, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The role focuses exclusively on MTJGD™ and is supported by Ensemble Performing Arts’ centralized sales, marketing, operations, administrative teams, paid marketing resources, training, and mentorship. Reports to Alana Hess, Director of MTJGD™, and partners closely with internal teams.
