Position Overview We're looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to join our Long Island City (LIC) team. The ideal candidate is disciplined, motivated, and thrives in a structured sales environment. You'll connect with ride-share drivers, match them with the right vehicles, and guide them through the rental and ownership process. Requirements

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, structured sales environment.
  • Goal-oriented and eager to exceed monthly targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-comfortable with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers at our Motopia-LIC office and mobile marketing hubs.
  • Identify driver needs and match them to the best vehicle program (rental or rent-to-own).
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients and ride-share referrals (Uber, Lyft, etc.).
  • Manage leads and inventory using Motopia's internal CRM and digital sales tools.
  • Execute structured sales routines: daily lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closing.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience that earns referrals and repeat business.
  • Support vehicle deliveries, registrations, and basic program onboarding.
