Job Summary: Sales Representative + Sales Tour Guide Face-to-Face Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers at award-winning resorts. Build Connections: Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and current owners. Drive Sales: Generate sales through effective closing techniques with prequalified leads provided by the company. Continuous Learning: Attend advanced sales and career training to keep your skills sharp and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred but not required.
  • Licensing: Must have or be able to obtain the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle. Must be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious.
  • Technical Skills: General smart device skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Impactful Presentations: Present and deliver sales presentations in line with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while achieving performance goals (80% of your time).
  • Stay Informed: Attend scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and stay current on sales information and industry trends.
  • Set and review performance goals regularly (20% of your time).
