Requirements
- Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented individuals
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and meeting new people
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Strong work ethic and commitment to learning roofing fundamentals through ongoing training
- Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ambitious mindset with genuine interest in building a career in the roofing industry

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Act as a trusted consultant, guiding homeowners through inspections and insurance claims—never handing them a $20K bill yourself
- Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
- Conduct roof inspections and submit lead information
- Attend weekly team meetings and trainings
- Close personal deals and company-provided leads
