  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • High school diploma required

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their fitness goals and promote membership options.
  • Conduct tours of the facility and showcase the benefits of F45 Training and Hopson Health programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members to enhance retention.
  • Collaborate with the training team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
  • Participate in community outreach and events to promote brand awareness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position F45 Training and Hopson Health
