About The Position

Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, your primary objective will be to drive sales and revenue by offering our comprehensive roofing services to various customer segments, including insurance roof replacements, real estate transactions, property management companies, businesses, new construction projects, and roof maintenance. Your expertise in roofing systems, excellent sales acumen, and ability to build strong relationships with customers will ensure their satisfaction and trust in our roofing solutions. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough site visits to gather information and evaluate/assess project requirements, specifications, and drawings to accurately estimate materials, labor, and equipment costs. Prepare detailed and competitive bids and deliver persuasive sales presentations customized to address the unique needs of each customer. Clearly articulate the benefits and value of our roofing services to potential clients. Sell the Quality Difference. Cultivate and maintain a network of relationships with contractors, property managers, real estate agents, home builders, building & homeowners to serve the communities roofing needs. Create, Achieve, or surpass sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and your personal goals. Prospect and identify potential clients in insurance, real estate, property management, businesses, and new construction sectors. Generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and participation in industry events and the community you serve. Collaborate with the Quality Control Team to ensure project execution as contracted and a 5 star Customer Experience. Monitor project progress, identify, and address any issues or delays, and provide regular updates to our customers. Utilization of our CRM to maintain project documentation, including job photos, contracts, change orders, closeout documents, etc. Commitment to Positive & Professional, accept Accountability and be Adaptable, Communicate Constructively and be Consistent, and be Teachable. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in construction or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, crews, and subcontractors.
  • Proven track record of outstanding customer service experience.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and software for communication, documentation, and project management.
  • Sitting, standing and walking, which may be for extended periods of time
  • Lifting and carrying, up to 50 lbs
  • Pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead
  • Manipulation of objects and materials, including holding, grasping, turning, and touching
  • Keyboarding
  • Driving
  • Stooping, crouching, kneeling
  • Climbing ladders, stairs, or scaffolding
  • Hearing, in-person and through the telephone or electronic device (such as a tablet)
  • Visual acuity, both near (i.e. clarity of vision of approximately 20 inches or less) and far (i.e. clarity of vision of approximately 20 feet or more
