Requirements

  • Strong business development skills with the ability to analyze market data effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using software tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
  • Proven sales success and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, and following up on leads.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for business development
  • Attend community events and seek opportunities to present the company offers to the Myrtle Beach business and residential community
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create effective strategies for territory management.
  • Utilize software tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
