About The Position

Looking for a sales role where effort directly drives income and impact? ISC is expanding its footprint, and we are seeking motivated professionals who are comfortable spending most of their day making outbound calls, navigating phone systems, and reaching the right decision makers. This is a high activity outbound sales position. Success comes from persistence, professionalism, and strong communication. If you are energized by calling, relationship building, and opening doors, this role gives you the opportunity to grow your territory while representing services that improve patient lives. Whether your background is in car sales, retail, hospitality, recruiting, or any fast paced customer facing environment, your ability to connect with people and move conversations forward will set you up for success. We provide training and structure. You bring the drive. Must reside in one of the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, or Wisconsin

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer and phone skills
  • Attention to detail and follow up discipline
  • Ability to work in a fast changing environment
  • Ability to meet quotas and deadlines
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Comfortable spending most of your workday making outbound calls
  • Persistent, resilient, and confident speaking with new contacts
  • Skilled at getting past gatekeepers and finding the right person
  • Goal oriented and motivated by performance based pay
  • Strong communicator with natural relationship building ability
  • Energized by building something from the ground up

Nice To Haves

  • Prior outbound sales, call center, or high volume phone work
  • Experience navigating complex phone systems
  • Familiarity with HubSpot a plus, not required
  • Familiarity with Parachute a plus, not required
  • Medical experience a plus with emphasis on Sleep Disorders
  • Medical or healthcare sales exposure a plus, not required

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls daily to historical referral sources and new prospects
  • Navigate phone trees and gatekeepers to reach decision makers
  • Reintroduce physicians and staff to our in home sleep testing services
  • Follow a structured outreach script while personalizing conversations
  • Build and manage relationships within your assigned territory
  • Track activity and pipeline consistently in CRM tools
  • Represent ISC and MedBridge with professionalism and persistence
