About The Position

Our client is seeking a client-facing, tech-savvy individual who can support software installations, provide training, and offer outstanding customer service. The Client Sales Technician will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating document management software to prospective and existing clients, supporting the sales process with technical expertise, and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to customer. This role involves traveling to client locations to conduct product demonstrations, consultations, and relationship-building meetings, so reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Prior B2B sales experience preferred, ideally in office equipment, software, or technology solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and open to learning new systems and software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to earn uncapped commissions .
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with document management software (preferred)
  • Prior help desk, software support, or IT-related experience

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and client referrals.
  • Present and sell a full range of office equipment and software solutions to B2B clients.
  • Manage existing accounts while continuously seeking opportunities for growth and upselling.
  • Stay current on product features, software updates, and technology trends.
  • Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
