About The Position

About the Role The Sales Representative is responsible for driving new and existing business within the foodservice channel by selling Hoffmaster tabletop disposables and packaging products. This role partners closely with foodservice distributors and end-user customers to grow market share, strengthen relationships, and deliver customer-focused solutions. From prospecting and presentations to closing deals and supporting distributor partnerships, this role plays a key part in expanding Hoffmaster’s presence in the market. What You’ll Do Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with foodservice end users and distributor partners Conduct sales calls, presentations, and business reviews with customers and distributors Grow existing accounts by introducing new products and solutions Prepare pricing quotes and negotiate sales agreements Monitor competitive activity and customer feedback to support market strategy Support distributor sales meetings, trade shows, and customer events as needed Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information Participate in training and development to stay current on products and market trends What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field 1–3 years of sales experience; foodservice industry experience preferred Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory, with occasional overnight travel Organizational Values Safety – Teamwork – Customer Focus – Ownership – Initiative – Creativity At Hoffmaster, our core values guide how we work every day. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • 1–3 years of sales experience; foodservice industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory, with occasional overnight travel
