Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales or hospitality experience (beer/alcohol industry is a plus)
• Passion for alcoholic beverages and adult beverage culture
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (insurance requirements)
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and be flexible with schedule (some evenings/weekends)

Responsibilities

• Represent and sell our dynamic portfolio to retail accounts including bars, restaurants, and stores
• Achieve monthly goals for volume, distribution, and merchandising
• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service
• Maintain in-store visibility and ensure proper stock rotation and freshness
• Execute retail programs and promotional activity
• Stay current on market trends and new product innovations
