You'll drive both inbound and outbound sales initiatives, building relationships with a diverse array of clients—from startups to large enterprises—delivering tailored product solutions that solve their unique challenges. You'll earn competitive commissions by hitting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in high-performance, results-driven sales roles, particularly in business-to-business (B2B) settings, with experience as an independent contractor preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both on the phone and via email, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and close deals effectively in a self-directed environment.
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles and a proven track record of exceeding targets in inbound and outbound sales environments while working independently.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage complex sales processes, overcome challenges, and thrive in an independent contractor role.
  • CRM proficiency: Experience with CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activity, and analyze results without direct supervision.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Ability to work independently, manage your own business operations, and collaborate effectively with the ProSwag team when needed.
  • Strategic thinking: Able to assess client needs critically and develop customized sales strategies that drive results while building your own contractor business.
  • Business infrastructure: Reliable internet connection, professional phone setup, and the ability to manage your own business expenses and tax obligations as a 1099 contractor.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute high-impact inbound and outbound sales strategies, leveraging your expertise to secure new business and expand existing accounts as an independent contractor.
  • Build and nurture your own robust pipeline, maintaining proactive outreach and managing all client interactions within our provided CRM system.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of ProSwag's products and become a trusted advisor to your clients, recommending customized promotional solutions that align with their brand objectives and growth goals.
  • Drive revenue through commission-based earnings by negotiating and closing high-value deals with key business stakeholders, overcoming objections, and confidently addressing client concerns with tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the ProSwag team to refine sales strategies, improve processes, and contribute to overall business growth while maintaining your independence as a contractor.
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets that directly correlate to your commission earnings.
  • Manage your own schedule and territory effectively, leveraging the flexibility of contractor status to maximize your productivity and earning potential.
