Requirements

Proven track record of top-tier automotive sales performance
Relentless motivation and a self-starter mindset
Ability to build rapport and close deals with confidence
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM systems and dealership processes
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
