About The Position

At Onibex, we are seeking a high-performing and strategic Sales Representative to join our commercial team. This role is designed for an experienced sales professional who will be responsible for opening and developing new markets across Asia, managing the full sales cycle, and driving sustainable revenue growth. This position requires strong prospecting capabilities, consultative selling skills, and a solid understanding of end-to-end sales operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in sales roles, preferably within technology, consulting, or B2B services.
  • Solid understanding of the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Demonstrated experience in opening new markets and developing business territories.
  • Advanced English level, both spoken and written, with strong business communication skills. (Mandatory)
  • Strong proficiency in prospecting and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Rocket Reach, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of autonomy, discipline, and results orientation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Based in the Philippines, with availability to work with teams and clients across different time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Lead market entry and business development initiatives across multiple Asian countries.
  • Prospect and identify key decision-makers and potential clients within target organizations.
  • Execute cold outreach strategies through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and conduct meetings to present Onibex’s solutions and value propositions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and move opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in alignment with revenue objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to support complex sales processes.
  • Represent the company professionally in virtual meetings and, when required, regional business engagements.
