About The Position

Under the general direction of the Customer Service Lead the Sales Representative is responsible for both outbound sales and inbound customer service to our customers promoting our public events, corporate events, and group ticket sales.

HOURS: This is a part-time, year-round position. Hours may increase or decrease based on business needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Passion for motorsports
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in fast paced ever-changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail to achieve thoroughness and accuracy in everyday responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone with the purchasing of event tickets.
• Selling company products or services.
• Upselling the customer on different products related to their event. (Example: golf carts)
• Maintain all records with accuracy.
• Contacting prospective customers and initiating outbound phone calls to sell tickets to events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
