About The Position

RoyPow USA is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative lithium batteries to various industries. You will work closely with our team of sales professionals to develop and implement sales strategies and will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and have the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. A strong understanding of lithium batteries is preferred. The position requires experience supporting customers across multiple sectors, including commercial vehicles, trucks, marine, industrial vehicles, construction equipment, agricultural and power equipment, tractors, powersports, medical, and other industrial equipment markets. Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in related industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Chinese/English Preferred
  • A strong understanding of lithium batteries is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop leads
  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of our lithium batteries, and assist with product selection knowledge
  • Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote our products and build relationships with potential customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity through CRM, including customer contact information, sales leads, and sales results
