About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts . The primary focus will be on selling pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, with additional opportunities to promote other fluid power components.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in industrial sales , preferably in fluid power components (pneumatic/hydraulic cylinders, valves, fittings, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders is highly preferred.
  • Experience with other fluid power components beyond cylinders.
  • Technical background or familiarity with manufacturing processes.
  • Experience building a sales team would be a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions using our product offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
