Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • The Sales Team Leader assists the Sales management team to manage the activities of specified sales staff, ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved.
  • This individual assists in the training, cross-training, and development of specified sales team.
  • Develop effective sales team staff by communicating expected performance standards, monitoring performance, identifying development needs, coaching and mentoring.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist team of Sales Representatives with customers when needed in order to ensure sale of vehicle.
