About The Position

ODRA is experiencing strong, sustained growth across North America. As demand for our equipment continues to rise, we're expanding our sales team to strengthen our presence in key territories. This role offers the chance to join a stable, growing company where your performance directly impacts our success. ODRA is a North American manufacturer of premium road maintenance equipment, specializing in chassis-mounted mechanical street sweepers. We pride ourselves on quality, long-term customer relationships, and building a company where people are empowered to succeed. We're looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Representative to lead sales efforts across North Texas, including West Texas and Austin. This is a field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, relationship-building, and representing a high-quality product in front of municipal and industrial customers.
