About The Position

Repaint Sales Representative – Commercial & Multifamily (Denver Area) We are looking for a high-performing Repaint Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, driving new business, and closing deals. This is a pure sales role —not an estimating position—and you’ll work closely with our estimating team to deliver accurate proposals and win profitable projects. What You’ll Do: Manage and grow a pipeline across multifamily, HOA, senior living, and commercial portfolios. Build strong relationships with decision-makers to understand needs, earn trust, and secure repaint projects. Partner with the estimating team to review scopes, align on pricing strategy, and present a compelling value proposition. Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, conducting site visits, presenting proposals, and closing deals. Maintain organized communication and opportunity tracking through CRM tools. Represent the company’s core values with professionalism in every interaction. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years in B2B, service-based, or construction-related sales. Knowledge of repaint or construction industries is a plus. Strong closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, self-driven, and motivated. Comfortable collaborating with estimators, PMs, and leadership. CRM experience preferred (Job Trend is plus) What Success Looks Like: Consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals. Strong partnership with the estimating team.
