The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in managing the sales process while delivering exceptional customer service. This position involves continuously sourcing new customers, assisting them in finding and designing their dream homes, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate D.R. Horton's value proposition and product capabilities to potential customers, uncovering their goals and challenges to position D.R. Horton as the best solution available. In addition to closing sales, the Sales Representative will maintain accurate documentation throughout the transaction process, from sale through loan, options, and construction. The role requires the creation of a marketing plan to establish new customer relationships, networking with realtors, and managing time efficiently to meet sales goals. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding a database of prospects, attending sales meetings, and conducting all business in a professional and ethical manner to enhance customer satisfaction and the company's goodwill and profitability.
