About The Position

The Sales Representative position is a full-time role based in Pasadena, Texas. The primary focus of this role is to engage with both prospective and existing customers to sell Sulzer products and services. This includes making technical selections and identifying new sales opportunities. The representative will be responsible for negotiating orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing logistics related to securing and renewing orders. The role also involves entertaining customers within budget, maintaining sales programs, and providing activity reports. Additionally, the representative will pursue overdue invoices, address customer complaints, and ensure that the needs of Alliance customers are met. Staying informed about new products and industry trends is crucial, as is fostering cross-discipline relationships and participating in industry organizations. Adherence to company policies and standards is expected, along with the performance of other duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years’ experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
