About The Position

This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for TEAM products and services. The representative works closely with Marketing, Customer Excellence, Account Management, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. The role requires a consultative sales approach, a strong understanding of SaaS and professional services with a passion for helping clients succeed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field and 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or professional services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • High level knowledge of business-related computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDFs - ability to edit and create, scanning).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others clearly and concisely.
  • Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.
  • Ability to admit one's mistakes, be open accepting and willing to hear constructive feedback.
  • Ability to effectively present information publicly.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of product, service or idea.
  • The trait of being comfortable in making decisions for oneself.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, social selling and networking.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and onboarding process.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and product developments.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
