About The Position
RV Depot Supercenter is seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team as Sales Representatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to earn a competitive salary through both guaranteed pay and commission programs. We are a family-owned and operated business with over 34 years of experience in the RV industry, located just south of Fort Worth, Texas. Our state-of-the-art facility spans 20 acres filled with a diverse range of RVs, providing a comfortable and engaging environment for our sales team. We pride ourselves on our fair business practices, integrity, and family values, which guide our operations and interactions with customers. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Your role will involve showcasing our RV inventory, providing detailed information about the features and benefits of our products, and assisting customers in making informed decisions. We are looking for individuals who are not only passionate about sales but also possess a positive outlook and a strong motivation to succeed. Previous experience in automotive or RV sales is preferred, but we are open to considering all candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn. In addition to a highly competitive pay plan, which ranges from $48,000 to $135,000 per year, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
