About The Position
Start 2024 with a new job opportunity at Assurance Total Protection! We are Assurance Total Protection, a Progressive Local Agent that has had continued success as a leader in Car, Home, Commercial & Life insurance sales in the Midwest. We are looking for self-motivated, competitive, and persuasive individuals to join our team as Tele-Agents. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a positive and energetic work environment and are eager to make sales. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for understanding our products and services deeply to educate and attract potential clients. You will make over 80 outbound calls daily to generate appointments, leads, and quotes. The role requires a persuasive and friendly approach, a go-getter mindset, and the ability to handle rejection while keeping clients engaged. Attention to detail and organization are crucial as you will manage multiple prospects and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. You will also be contacting fresh Department of Transportation registrants to drive sales. We provide comprehensive training led by experienced managers and cover the costs associated with becoming a licensed professional in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission, offering significant earning potential for motivated individuals.
