About The Position

GMS, one of the country's leading PEOs, is looking for high energy individuals with aggressive hunting skills to join our Outside Sales Team. Our Outside Sales Reps are hunters who have the ability to own and run their own book of business. The position offers an uncapped, residual commission structure, allowing sales representatives to control and plan for their future. A two-week training program is provided to teach the necessary skills for success in this role. Recognition for hard work is emphasized through incentive trips, company sales awards, and a supportive team environment.

  • Previous experience in a sales role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business and handle the sales process from cold call to contract
  • Meet with top level decision makers to present and educate them on the various services offered
  • Conduct daily cold calling to hunt new prospects
  • Conduct introductory in-person meetings with potential clients
  • Propose constructive solutions to best fit the clients' needs/wants
  • Work towards and exceed sales quotas
