About The Position

The position involves proactive development and maintenance of overseas warehouse clients, ensuring comprehensive coverage of key accounts including platform-certified warehouses and mid-tier overseas warehouses. The role focuses on driving cross-selling and upselling initiatives to establish long-term partnerships with assigned clients. Regular check-ins are conducted to ensure client satisfaction and to resolve operational issues promptly. Additionally, the position requires monitoring daily order fluctuations at partner warehouses, identifying sales signals, and translating insights into actionable revenue growth plans. Collaboration with operations teams on warehouse site visits is essential to diagnose service penetration gaps and develop strategies to boost market share and client stickiness. The role also involves documenting service gaps, competitor strategies, and client feedback to optimize market approaches, along with submitting weekly reports on warehouse KPIs and client engagement outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields.
  • 1+ years in business development, client support, or logistics operations, preferably in US third-party logistics (3PL) or warehousing.
  • Proven experience in field sales, on-site client management, or warehouse coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-driven with the capacity to work independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with US logistics ecosystems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (50%+ time) for warehouse visits; valid driver’s license required.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce logistics and cross-border shipping.
