As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our growth efforts, driving sales and establishing lasting relationships with homeowners in need of roofing solutions. Your role will encompass canvassing, networking, conducting inspections, and closing deals, playing a vital part in our mission to deliver top-notch service and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Engage in door-to-door appointment setting and in-home sales consultations with homeowners requiring roof repairs or replacements.
• Perform roof inspections and assessments to identify repair or replacement needs.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
• Utilize networking strategies, including participation in business networking groups, to generate leads and expand the client base.
• Present and negotiate proposals, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the sales process.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to clients, from initial consultation to project completion.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year.
• Commission: 3-6% commission on signed contracts, focused around Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
