Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) a Plus: Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • 2-5+ years in equipment or construction sales preferred.
  • Understanding machine operations and job site applications is a must.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and staying current with digital sales tools and telematics.
  • Motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in your territory.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, as travel is part of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to expert for customers in your territory, matching them with the right machinery and attachments to meet their unique needs.
  • Develop and execute a clear strategy to drive sales growth and meet defined goals.
  • Lead hands-on field demonstrations that showcase product performance and benefits.
  • Keep a close eye on local competitors, customer trends, and emerging technology to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing the deal.
  • Accurately assess used equipment for trade-in value and advise customers on financing options.
  • Partner with Parts and Service departments to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and participate in customer appreciation events, dealer shows, and training sessions to build relationships and strengthen brand loyalty.
