The position will go through an extensive 18-month sales training program with the goal of moving into a full-time Sales Representative role. The Sales Representatives is responsible for the overall sales and customer service for their client base. Performance expectations will be evaluated on meeting monthly sales targets. This ideal candidate will be bilingual and have territory management experience, client relations, negotiation and closing skills. Industry and product knowledge is desired but not required. The individual will need to be self-motivated and personally driven. Ideal candidate must be a motivated self-start with a demonstrated track record of success. R.J.
