About The Position

The position will go through an extensive 18-month sales training program with the goal of moving into a full-time Sales Representative role. The Sales Representatives is responsible for the overall sales and customer service for their client base. Performance expectations will be evaluated on meeting monthly sales targets. This ideal candidate will be bilingual and have territory management experience, client relations, negotiation and closing skills. Industry and product knowledge is desired but not required. The individual will need to be self-motivated and personally driven. Ideal candidate must be a motivated self-start with a demonstrated track record of success. R.J. Responsibilities

  • Service existing accounts, manage orders, and cold calling.
  • Develop action plans to grow existing accounts and target prospective accounts.
  • Organize daily work schedule for existing or potential accounts, prospects and organizations.
  • Create content, sales presentations based on strategic objectives
  • Focuses sales efforts by understanding existing and potential volume of distributors
  • Keep management informed by activity and results reports, utilizing CRM, call reports, work plans, and monthly/annual territory analysis.
  • Understand competition, collect market intelligence for pricing, products, marketing, delivery methods and routines, merchandising
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
