About The Position

We’re looking for a passionate Sales Representative to join our growing team and lead business development efforts across a key territory. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field), but a strong sales record speaks volumes too.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales or related field; food or ingredient industry background a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Meat processing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.
  • Nurture and expand relationships with existing customers by delivering tailored, solution-based selling that builds trust.
  • Present products and solutions with confidence—demonstrating features, benefits, and ROI in a way that resonates.
  • Manage every step of the sales process including proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to company-wide growth goals.
  • Keep a pulse on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform your sales strategy.
  • Provide outstanding support before, during, and after the sale—ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align goals and improve the customer experience.
