As a Software Relationship Manager (SRM), you will be responsible for prospecting and running Heartland Point of Sale presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. You will report to a District Manager and receive coaching from a Director. Your role includes explaining our value proposition, demonstrating our cloud-based Point of Sale solution, upselling current clients, and maintaining regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager.
