As a Software Relationship Manager (SRM), you will be responsible for prospecting and running Heartland Point of Sale presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. You will report to a District Manager and receive coaching from a Director. Your role is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area, working closely with your local District Manager to set appointments with business owners.
