What you will be doing You will manage, plan, and lead on growth plans for assigned relationships to increase account penetration with a long-term and multi-year focus. You will develop and execute on account plans to ensure revenue growth from account base. You will act as primary liaison between your client and FIS with the critical role of understanding and aligning with the client strategy and expectations. What you bring: General knowledge of wealth and/or advisory technology including systems, applications and fiduciary practices. Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Communicates ideas (verbal and written) in a clear, concise, and professional manner appropriate to audience include executive levels. Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills. Analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements. Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure. About the team The Wealth Product Sales Team performs new business sales for financial institutions with $1B+ in Wealth Assets. The Wealth Team builds strong relationships with financial institution executives through face-to-face strategic discussions and partners with our prospects to bring forward world class solutions to help drive growth and manage risk. Understanding a financial institutions strategy and aligning FIS’ Wealth solutions and outsourcing services to their strategy is key to building solid relationships and a successful partnership. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive new business sales of FIS’ Wealth solutions across software, partial and full outsourcing services to support the Client, Advisor and middle to back-office services. What you will be doing You will be selling to new and existing Financial Institutions ($1B+ asset). Generate new clients for our Wealth Solutions: Client, Advisor and middle to back-office solutions. Drive new sales to achieve financial goals, objectives, and measurements to meet growth targets Prospect and develop relationships with financial institution executives through face-to-face strategic discussions. Understanding the bank’s strategy and aligning FIS’ Wealth solutions and services to their strategy is key to building solid relationships and a successful partnership. The pay range for this full-time position is $0.00 - $999,999,999.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
