About The Position

Perfect Pavers of South Florida is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team serving the Palm Beach and Broward County residential markets. This is a commission-based sales role with performance bonuses, designed for driven professionals who excel at consultative selling and relationship building in the home improvement industry. As our sales representative, you'll conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, present customized paver and hardscaping solutions, and close sales on-site. This role combines technical product knowledge with professional sales expertise to deliver premium outdoor living transformations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B or residential sales experience with proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Reliable transportation (truck or SUV preferred). Possibility of a company vehicle in the future.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish - significant advantage in the Palm Beach, Broward County markets
  • Experience in construction, home improvement, landscaping, or building materials sales
  • Knowledge of hardscaping, outdoor living, or related industries
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Responsibilities

  • In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to assess their outdoor spaces and understand their vision for driveways, patios, pool decks, and walkways
  • Solution Development: Present comprehensive design options, material selections, and project timelines tailored to each client's needs and budget
  • Professional Sales: Educate homeowners on paver options, installation processes, and value propositions to close sales during the initial consultation
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, referral partners, and community contacts within the Palm Beach territory and Broward County territory
  • Market Presence: Company-provided qualified leads plus opportunities to generate additional leads through networking
  • Customer Excellence: Represent Perfect Pavers with professionalism, ensuring a premium experience that reflects our brand standards
