About The Position

This role is all about being a 1099 independent contractor. Our sales reps have hit the jackpot with earnings topping $160,000 in their rookie year. Fresh reps could bank up to $30,000 in cash bonuses during their first 120 days on top of those commissions, if they're giving it their all. The work schedule is focused, typically 3-4 days a week. We provide online interactive training and support, all free of charge. Cold calling is not required as we handle warm leads in-house. Commissions are paid daily, and we provide state-of-the-art technology tools for sales. You will have experienced business partners to guide you, and there are opportunities for fully-covered incentive trips.

Responsibilities

• Dive into inquiries about insurance from various sources.
• Engage with clients via virtual meetings (Zoom or phone calls).
• Create quotes using provided tools and deliver solutions during virtual meetings.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, within approximately 72 hours.
