About The Position

It’s an exciting time at Metrohm USA! We are the North American division of Metrohm AG, a global leader in analytical instruments for laboratory and process applications. We’re looking for an experienced Process Analytics Sales Representative to join our field-based sales team covering the East coast of the United States.

Requirements

Proven success selling complex capital equipment or technical solutions
Experience managing a large, high-potential sales territory
Strong consultative selling and account management skills
Ability to communicate technical and economic value
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred
6–10 years of relevant sales experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 60–70%)
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must pass pre-employment background check, education and employment verification, and a 10-panel drug screening (including marijuana)

Responsibilities

Own and grow sales within a defined East coast territory
Sell complex analytical and process instrumentation to customers in industries such as Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology
Develop and execute a focused territory and business development plan
Manage key accounts and build relationships at multiple decision-making levels
Partner with internal technical and corporate teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Track opportunities and activities using the company CRM
Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives
