About The Position

As a Sales Representative in the Sports Medicine division at Stryker, you will be the face of Stryker products, responsible for promoting and selling innovative medical technologies. This role involves leading sales pitches, participating in trade shows, and educating healthcare professionals about product usage. You will have the autonomy to adjust your schedule to maximize customer value, making a significant impact on patient care and recovery from sports-related injuries.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in an outside sales position, preferably in medical fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of five years of commercial sales or medical field experience, including operating room experience.
• Ability to drive an automobile.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in medical device sales.
• Knowledge of sports medicine products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and participate in leading sales pitches and demo meetings.
• Work with cross-divisional sales reps to create strategic goals and targets.
• Participate in trade shows and analyze market territory.
• Manage inventory reports and negotiate prices and terms of transactions.
• Solve product problems for customers and act as a subject matter expert.
• Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and staff about product use and maintenance.
• Conduct direct product evaluations in Operating Room or office settings.
